The course will examine how school cultures and approaches to the management of behaviour influence inclusive practice.

Length of Course: 1 Day - 9.30 am - 4.00pm

The Behaviour Hierarchy and its effects on learning
Effective target setting
Use of rewards
Analysing school cultures
The role of adults in supporting pupils.
