Call for details 9.30 am - 4.00 Do you have a pastoral responsibility? Do you want to learn more about reward systems and target setting? ¨ Do you want to reflect upon how the school system influences individual pupil behaviour? This course provides an opportunity to develop skills in behaviour management and to reflect upon one's own practice. The link between research evidence and practice in schools is explored. Summaries of research in key areas are provided and participants have the opportunity to look at the implications of this research for practice in schools.
